I can not insert the out of office assistant in the tools
bar..
I already followed the next instructions...

The Out of Office Assistant menu command isn't on the
Tools menu.

This is an Exchange add-in feature that may have been
disabled. You need to enable the menu command.

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options.
Click Add-In Manager. Select the option Exchange
Extensions commands.

First question.... are you connected to an Exchange Server? If not, you
can't use the Out of Office Assistant. You'd need to use the Rules Wizard
instead
