I can not insert the out of office assistant in the tools bar.. I already followed the next instructions... The Out of Office Assistant menu command isn't on the Tools menu. This is an Exchange add-in feature that may have been disabled. You need to enable the menu command. On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options. Click Add-In Manager. Select the option Exchange Extensions commands. First question.... are you connected to an Exchange Server? If not, you can't use the Out of Office Assistant.
