Is there a way to find the value of the Message-ID field
of an email using the Outlook 2000 object model ? I
cannot find this property in the MailItem object !

Thanks,

The message-ID as in the RFC822 header? You need to use CDO or Redemption for that. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/headers.htm for a custom form that illustrates the necessary MAPI property tag.
