what is the best way to find out what MAPI Profile is currently used?

Extended MAPI: IMAPISession::OpenProfileSection(pbGlobalProfileSectionGuid,
...), then read PR_PROFILE_NAME from the returned IProfSect
CDO 1.21: Session.Name
OOM: can't do that, but <plug>you can use Redemption (url below) - see
MAPIUtils.GetCurrentProfileName and RDOSession.ProfileName</plug>
