Hi all,
I developed an addin and I'm having some troubble in some computers.
I've installed in some computers and it works fine. It is a COM addin and I
install it adding the registry keys in Outlook and it works.
But, in a specific computer it doesn't:
- It appears in the list of installed addins in the registry.
- It appears in 'Options' -> 'Advanced' -> 'COM addins' checked as if it was
fine.
- If I uncheck it, press 'Ok' and then check it again: it loads but if I
close OL and then open it -> again it doesn't work.
- Then, I've installed another addin and surprise! my addin started loading
as desired.

Does anyone know what could be happening to this?

Thanks you,

Is it listed in Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items button?

Outlook has a really nasty quarrantine feature where it sticks add ins that
crash on startup and it's in a completely unexpected place.

No, it's not in that list.

It would be unchecked if it was disabled and it would not stay checked
unless it was removed from the disabled items list.

Go into the registry and report back the value of the LoadBehavior registry
value at HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\<name of your addin>.
It should be 3 to get it to load on Outlook startup.
