Hello --
Is there a way to list/modify all the rules defined on a mailbox? I
am writing a plugin using VSTO, C# for Outlook 2K3 to list all the
rules enabled on a particular mailbox and display a warning if there is
an autoforward rule enabled.

Client side rules are not exposed at all. Server side rules can accessed
using the rule.dll provided by MS:

I downloaded the SDK for Exchange 2003.. didn't see it in there.. the
KB article was for Ex5.5. Is it safe to use with Ex2K3?

Yes, it is in the EX 5.5 SDK. It should be safe to use with EX 2003.
