I received a message when I started Outlook 2003 saying that Outlook could
not start because of a problem with the MSN Search Toolbar.  It gave me the
option to disable the toolbar and said I could enable later.  Unfortunately I
could not renable the MSN Search Toolbar.  So I removed the MSN Search
Toolbar (and the Windows Desktop Search option) and re-installed it - about 5
times.  But I can't get the MSN Search Toolbar to appear in Outlook.

Any one have any idea how I can get this toolbar to appear?  It doesn't
showup under View/Toolbars.

Thanks.

You should find it under
Help >> About >> Disabled Items

you should be able to enable it from there..
