We are considering looking for a university student to write an Add-in for
us for Outlook 2003/2007 in C#.

I am just not sure whether a student would have the necessary skill and
experience to do this and also we are not sure of the difficulty level of
writing an Add-in.

What do you think?

TIA

I think unless you get an experienced Outlook developer then good luck in
trying to get everything working correctly or on time or on budget.
