Norton Anti-Spam Plugin in Outlook 2003

Hi everyone, how do extricate myself of NAS? I have tried both shutting it
off/down from both Norton Internet Security 2004 Professional and Outlook
2003 end. However, it comes back after every startup of Outlook. Thanks.

Did you disable email scanning in the Norton options?
