Hi All

Wot is the advantage/disadvantage of .MSG or .EML files over storing
the body as such in text format?

Storing the body only means you loose all other properties (recipients,
subjects, HTML body, etc).

Ok Dmitry
I will store the "from, to" details togather. In terms of storage and
speed wot is the difference?

There are still a lot more properties - look at the any message using
OutlookSpy or MdbView: there are dozens of properties.
As for the speed, it all depends on what you are going to with the resulting
file.
