I have been trying to install the CRM add-in to
Outlook2003 running on an XP Pro desktop w/ Office2003
and connecting to the Exchange2003 server running w/
SBS2003.  Outlook2003, Office2003, XP Pro, and the
SBS2003 server are all fully patched and up to date. The
installation keeps failing with:
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows
Installer service because the program to be upgraded may
be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different
version of the program......"  Any help would be
appreciated.

It might help if you explained what CRM add-in you're trying to install.

Sue -

I would assume he means Microsoft CRM

default.mspx

I am facing a similar challenge...

I wouldn't assume that at all, given that there are three dozen
Outlook-related CRM tools.

But your particular challenge is? Error messages? Other symptoms?

So, what happens when you try to install it? Do you already have BCM
installed?
