Hi,

I've just installed the add-in from the official download
page for video e-mail in Outlook 2003.

Everytime I actually try to record a video and send it
via e-mail (using the installed toolbar), I get the
following error 'Failed to convert a file to WMV format'.

My webcam is a Creative Webcam mini and works fine with
all my other applications which utilise it.

Any ideas?
