MS Office Forum / Outlook / Programming Add-Ins / February 2004Problems installing pfbackup.exe
After installing the Outlook backup program pfbackup.exe I do not get the backup command on the file menu. I have tried to do what was recommended in the Microsoft help file (ie decompress the exe file with WinZip and install the file "pfbackup.msi". This doesn't work either. I have repetedly installed and uninstalled the applicatioin with no luck. I am running Outlook 2002 on a laptop with Windows XP.
