I have used Redemption in a VB6 COM Add-in application. My problem has
only been experienced with one installation on a Windows 2000 machine
with Outlook 2000, I would like to understand whether it is a known
issue or a one off.
The installation program fails when registering the Redemption.dll,
the installation just hangs with the egg timer saying preparing for
use. If you manually register Redemption with REGSVR32 then a dialog
window for the Windows installer pops up and has the same error.
Does anyone know of a similar problem.
Many thanks

I am having the same issue with that version of Redemption and Outlook 2000.
Should I go back to the official release or is there a fix for the beta?
Thanks,
Ben
