I've been insructed to create a form for users in our company. I don't
have a lot of experience with Outlook but I have managed to amend a new
form which has fields linking onto the read and compose view. I'm
working from the message form and have found that the existing template
allows new lines to be inserted. Whenever I press enter in a textbox
that I have created the focus moves to the "To" field at the top of the
page. How do I fix this? I enabled the EnterKeyBehaviour which didn't
work. Also the wordwrap doesn't work. I've tried going to properties
and enabling the wordwrap feature. This doesn't appear to do anything.
Any help would be much appreciated.

In the Properties dialog for the text box control, check the box for
Multi-line.
