Is possible migrate exchange forms to outlok forms

I have many forms created in exchange 5.5 form disigner
and i need to nkow if its possible migrate exchange 5.5
forms (16 bits) to Outlook forms (32 bits) with some tools
or similar.

No, you would have to redesign them from the ground up.
