Public Folder Form Losing Data

Hi,

I am posting a re-phrased version of this problem in the hopes that
this time someone may be able to help.

I have a custom Task form in a Public folder. When the Owner of the
form makes changes to the form, such as filling out fields, etc, they
can see all the data in the form when they open it in the Public
folder.

Any other user does not see the data on the form when they open it in
the Public folder.

I have checked and re-checked all the control-bound field names and
property values, they are all named and using the correct properties.

The form seems to be somehow saving form data only locally, for the
form owner.

Any help at all would be very appreciated.

Thanks.

Where is the form published? Is it published in the TAsk folder? or in the
Owner's Personal Forms Library?

I published the form directly to the Public Folder.

Do the other users see the custom form or a standard Task form?

Yes, everyone can see the custom form. The original user's data remains
when the form is launched from the folder, but all of the info that the
second user filled out is not visible.

I have (once again) re-posted this question with some further
information about the setup of this project.

I don't know whether you have had a chance to look at that -- it mention
'passing form hyperlinks' in the post title.
