Sorry, I'm new to the newsgroup. I want to know the ettiquette and best ways
for me to ask for help. I'd like to know what the experts do to find help on
a subject so that I can try to find the answers myself without bothering
them. I have searched google for hours and hours and not gotten the answer.
What is the best and fastest ways?
1. OUTLOOK help (or is it basically useless)
2. Search Google newsgroups
3. THEN post on this newsgroup?

Any other links that are recommended?

I like slipstick but it's time consuming to use their help search... - I
have started using google to search their pages rather than their own help
search.
