Is there any way to merge contact info into an excel template in the same way it is available in Word; choosing the feilds you wish to merge. I have seen the one from Slipstick but it only opens a worksheet. Is there an addon available anywhere. Seems like a simple thing for the most popular program in the world but I have had no luck and am not a programer

Excel doesn't have the same kind of merge function as Word. You can use the
File | Import and Export wizard in Outlook to export to an Excel worksheet
or just copy and paste from an Outlook table view.
