Auto forward form based on Field/Approvals

Hello to all;
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to automate the flow
of a form based on an field being populated or not/checked
off or not??
Example: If a manager clicks on a radial button to
approve/deny a request, the form would know where to
send/forward the form next.
