I'm new to Outlook and that may be the main problem. However..
I created three custom forms (media, contacts, and main contacts) which I wanted to associate with different contact folders. They all exist in my Personal Forms Library. My media folder associates with the media form properly as the default. However, I can not get my standard contact folder to associate with the proper form as the default - no matter what I do. It consistently defaults to the media form.
I've gone into properties for the folder "contact" and cleared the cache and assigned the form "main contact" to it -as well as standard forms - however, it wants to default to the media form.
Also, I tried to delete the third form, thinking that it's existence might be somehow causing the problem, and couldn't find a way of deleting it - even in Windows Explorer. Any idea how I can delete custom forms
I've tried several sources to resolve the problem with no success. Any help is greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

You should always look first on www.slipstick.com. Do a search using the term "default"
without the quotes, and one of the results set will tell you how to do all this.
