Hi,
I am wondering if you can publish a email form created in
Outlook through MS Exchange Server to a number of users?
In that way we don't have to publish the email form on
each machine.

You publish it to the Organizational Forms Library, which should appear
in the list of places to publish.  If it does not, then your Exchange
Administrator has probably not created it.  Build a fire under him/her
to get it created and set the permissions for you to publish there.
Once your form is published to the OFL, then everybody serviced by the
Exchange server can access it.
