Hello together,
I use Outlook 2003 (english version) and I want to customize the contact
form. So I open it and then I choose TOOLS - FORMS - DESIGN THIS FORM. But
unfortunately not this form is opened in an edit mode. Always the contact
form from Outlook 2002 is opened (I had it installed before).
What is my mistake? How can I customize the original contact form of Outlook
2003?
Thanks for your help

Do you also get the described effect when you want to customize the
contact form or can you edit the OL 2003 contact form?
Thanks for any help

I tried it out - when you install Office 2003 on a system, where never a Office version was installed - the same effect. It's not possible to edit the original OL 2003 contact form. You always receive the OL2002 contact form, when you choose "Desing this form" at the OL2003 contact form.
A bug? Do anybody have a solution or a tip?

Clear out the forms cache? The problem is that the Contact form is named the
same in both versions.

I cleared the cache already - but with no success.
I tried to publish the original form with a different name. But when I open it again, the old (OL2002) contact form is shown.
Is there a special File where this forms are stored? Can I delete it?

This is by design. The new layout on the Outlook 2003 form -- in particular
the picture control -- is not available to developers.
