Command button on custom forms

Hello

Is it possible to edit a command button that edits the notes field of
contacts or a custom form. It has to create text like "*** [user]:[date] ***
===>" in the notes field.

You can do that, but you will probably need to do a CDO session to get the
user name.  Search on www.slipstick.com or www.cdolive.com for a sample code.
