Newbie - Cannot persuade my form to appear for reading!

Hi,

I've developed a form based on a Post form that posts to an Exchange public
folder.

If I do "New xxx" under the actions menu to create a post using my form all
is well and it posts to the correct folder.
But, when I double click on my posted form to read what I posted it appears
as a standard post form and not mine!

What have I done wrong?!

Did you create a separate read layout for your form?
