Hi all,

What I want to do:
after creating my own contact-form I want to use my contacts
for creating different standard letters (don?t know if that?s
the correct word. In german it?s "Serienbrief".
I want to create
- simple letters with address, etc.
- orders
- faxes
I now can do that by choosing each time the word-
template for the wanted action. (choosing in Outlook
the extras -> "Seriendruck..."
But I want to have for each action a button in my
outlook. By pressing the button it should automatically
open word with the correct format (e.g. fax)
and fill in the contact-fields automatically.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks a lot.

Markus Lorenz.

Yes it is.  Have a look at the following page and see if it solves the
problem.
