Ms. Mosher,
Thank you for your answer. I'm afraid the brevity has
left me somewhat frustrated. Perhaps I can try a
different angle that will allow me to accomplish my goal?
Can I create an Account type form in Outlook Contacts?
In general, how does one add and bind fields in a list
box?
How do I gain access to the reports in Outlook to
customize them?
If I add checkboxes to a form in Outlook, how can I get
the checked boxes to list in a textbox.
Since BCM does not allow customization I am going to need
to find a way in Outlook. Thanks again for your
assistance. One more thought, I did successfully modify
the Personal Forms > Account form today. This is the
form that I need assistance with. Is that part of BCM or
Outlook?

Yes, you can create a contact form that looks like an account form.

Add the list box control to the form, then use the Value tab on the
control's Properties dialog to select a field, creating new fields as
needed.

What reports? Outlook has no built-in reporting capability. If you mean BCM
reports, say so.

I don't understand what you mean. What connection do the check boxes and
text boxes have?

Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I'd suggest that you look at
the existing Outlook CRM applications that allow more customization than
BCM. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contact_management.htm

That would be part of BCM. Tread carefully. Your customizations may not
transfer into actual data in the BCM database.
