We have created a form for our external customers?

Will Outlook Express users have problems sending the form?  What about
those using versions other than Outlook 2000?

Outlook Express users not only won't be able to see the form. They also
won't be able to access any attachments you send with the form. Best bet is
to use Outlook forms only internally and with tightly integrated external
partners.
