publishing the forms in exchange server

hello sir,

thx for u r help. based on u r help I created the folder in my exchange
server ( called request). I gave the permission for the users also. but I
haven't see the folder request in my outlook client. then how can I proceed
further?

I want submit the full working form before 22 of this month. kindly help me
sir

Is "request" a folder in a mailbox or in the Public Folders hierarchy? That
will determine how a user sees it.

What kind of form is it -- message, contact, etc.?
