Command Bar Id number for 'Design A Form' in Outlook 2003

Can anyone tell me the Command Bar Id for 'Design A Form'
as I wish to remove this option from users via aGPO - the
old Office 97 command bar id 1910 works for 'Choose Form'
but I can't find the one for Tool > Forms > Design A Form

If you don't want to write your own code to recurse the Explorer.CommandBars
and Inspector.CommandBars collections, you can use either the CommandBars
Browser or Outlook Spy tools listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/vb.htm#tools

Thank you very much Sue, that looks like what I need to
get the id's.

Can't get the download link to work through this firewall
at the moment, but will try on another connection later.
