Can someone point me to a link that would explain what
Clear Cache exactly does and means?

Thank you
Brett

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formscache.htm for information on how the
local forms cache works. Clearing the cache deletes the frmcache.dat file.

I am getting the error The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed.

I have OutlookXP and WinXP.
The person trying to open the form has OutlookXPSP3 and
Win2000SP4.
The person trying to open it gets the error, but I have no
problem with it.

Any ideas?

Thank you
Brett

This may be a cache error. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options
| Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

Where is the form published?

I previously did clear cache.  As soon as I make another
change in my form, the other user cannot open the form
and gets that error.  Other people on the network can
open it fine.  It's just this one person.
The form is located in all public folders.  Is that what
you mean by where it is published?  Thanks.

Brett

Tell the other people to clear their cache.
