Outlook forms disappearing and reappearing

Hello,

I have a situtation in where the outlook forms
disappearing the person opens the form and closes it and
the forms reapper for the user after another user makes
some modifications to the same form that disappeared.

This is only affeting one user...

I'm still not clear on what you mean. Maybe you could walk through the steps
that the user is following and describe the symptoms.
