printing custom forms

One of these days I'll finally get this form right..LOL
I'm having a problem when printing a custom form. It's not printing all the
information that is on the form and some of it seems to be in code (ex:
check boxes print as a -1 or 0). Also, the items that are printing are not
in the same order as they are when viewing the form!
I'm completely new at designing forms and now have a completely new respect
and appreciation for those that are whizzes at this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want really good-looking printouts, you'll need to write some code. I get best results sending Outlook data to the fields in a Word template. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customprint.htm for that and various other solutions.
