I made a custom form. Everything was working fine. I
don't know what happened, but now in File -> Print, the
only option available is "Memo Style" and I need "Table
Style". Why would this option vanish and how do I get it
back?
Table style is an option when you're printing multiple items from a folder,
not when you're printing an individual item.

well the form used to print "mostly" as it appeared on the
screen. Now it just has lines of text...

Custom forms *never* print as they appear on the screen. They always print a
list of propertes and values for those properties. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to the
limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word
template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
