Getting an error message:
'Custom form cannot be opened... contact Administrator'

This message occurs for a new user of a computer even
though she has had her outlook profile installed on the
computer and permissions setup to 'Owner' (i.e. Parent
folder and all childs).

She can see all the calendar items but when double
clicking to open any of them, the error message shows and
she is blocked from openning.  Is it necessary
to 'reinstall' the custom forms on her profile?  Other
insights?

Thanks in advance.

Clear the forms cache. Go to Tools, Options. Click the Other tab. Click
Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms, Clear Cache.
