Is there any way to make signatures 'roam' without explicitly copying them to each and every computer I may want to use outlook on? For instance, making it search for them in a network drive?

Signatures are located in C:\Document and
Settings\[UserName]\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Signatures. I think you
can just copy the files.

This is a roaming folder already. If you have roaming user profiles
configured you are already traveling with these settings.
