Custom NOTE form cant add to Public Folder for all Users

Hi All..

I have a Custom NOTE form named IPM.NOTE.AutoResponse. I have
published it to the Public Folder. The Public folder is a Mail and
Post type.

Incoming email is changed through an Event Sink to the above custom
form. All is OK if I log onto Outlook as the administrator, but
another user that needs to access these emails, don't see the custom
form, only the standard IPM.NOTE form.

I realise that I need to add this form to the folder so that it can be
"distributed", but when I use the forms manager of the Public Folder,
I pick the Custom Form from the Personal Forms Library, click on the
Copy, the Copy dialog progress bar is displayed, the custom form
appears on the right hand side of the forms manager (the public
folder) then disappears after about 2 seconds.

I am presuming this is because the custom form is a NOTE message
class, and the Public Folder is rejecting it.

Is there anyway I can get this custom form to be available to the
organisation?

If when I am in Outlook(as the admin), open up the item then save it,
then the other users then see the custom form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Robert

If the form is already published to the public fodler, I don't understand
why you're trying to copy it into the same folder. Does it appear on the
Actions menu for the folder?

Outlook version?
