Please help, I have created a form that I send out to
user.  The user will answer questions on the form and
then send it back to me.
The problem is that when the user hit reply I only get a
blank message not the orginal message.  Is there a way I
can add a button to the email and have them click this
button once they answer the question and the form is
routed back to me

Are you working in an Exchange environment? Is the form published? How are
you "sending out" the form to the user?
