Form Cache

We have several custom forms that we use in Outlook.
Fairly often, I get calls that users are unable to open
the custom form. I have to tell them how to get to
the "clear cache" button in Outlook, and then the form
will open. Is there a better way of doing this, so that I
can clear the cache before the problem comes up?

Thanks for any assistance.

I think you'll have to wait until Outlook Service Pack 1
Or have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;839804
