We have a user with a dustomized default message form in
Outlook 2002.  It adds two email addresses to the BCC
field.  How can we remove this form and revert to the
original default form?

Search at www.outlookcode.com using the following line:
http://www.outlookcode.com/search/search.pl?Terms=default

The first result will tell you how to put a new form in as the default
form.  It also tells you how to convert all your old data items to the
new form.
