Hello,

I'm trying to use a Spreadsheet with tabs (using Multipage control
with 5 tabs and SPreadsheet control, one on each tab).

I am having problems assigning fields to it, not sure how to make it
so that when I fill the spreadsheet and send the form, recievers will
see the content of the spreadsheet.

What Type/Format/ should i use?
Any ideas?

You'll need five text fields, one to hold each spreadsheet's information.
Note that if the total amount of data exceeds 32k, some will be lost. See
