Regarding this KB article, http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281350, what
does it mean by creating a COM add-in to access the Public Folders when
Outlook starts?  Like a macro that runs when OL starts?  How would I do
that?  Or how would I use the OOM in my VB Script behind my email to access
the folder item?

I'll keep this in this NG 'cause all of this stems from my problems with my
custom forms.

Thanx!

Yes, a macro that runs when Outlook starts would accomplish the same thing
for an individual user that a COM add-in deployed throughout an organization
would accomplish for the enterprise.
