My workplace is in the process of upgrading to Office 2003 and we are now having problems with the forms. A brief explaination follows.

Several Outlook forms were created in Outlook 2000 and 2002.
The forms include a print button that, when pressed, prints the completed form
received by the recipient. (The data is ported to Excel for formatting and printing)

Workstations that have received the Office 2003 upgrade now have problems with
Outlook forms:
The forms in question are sent to a mailbox that was created to receive
the completed forms. When the Office 2003 user, who has delegate
permissions as Editor, tries to print the form, there is no response. No error
  message is sent.

However, if the recipient moves the form that was received into his/her personal In Box or Deleted Items folder, the form can be re-opened and it will print without any problems.

I have tried re-publishing the forms. There was no change with the print problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Known issue, addressed with a new registry entry. See
