Weird errors in Outlook

Hi,
Sometimes, after publishing a custom form, I have one
user that has problems.  All other users using this form
are fine, and clearing the cache works great for them.
For this user, she gets the wrong form sometimes, despite
clearing it.  Or sometimes when she tries to clear it,
she gets this error message: "The Forms manager dialog
box could not be displayed."
Today, she received this error as well, when simply
trying to open an email (auto-preview is not enabled):
"Can't open this item.  A required action was not
successful due to an unspecified error."
The network guy has uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook
before, but this problem keeps occurring.  This is
Outlook 2002 SP3.

Thanks,
Malcolm

Try reviewing the code behind your custom form per:

I was experiencing similar errors and this helped me resolve my problems.

Nope.  Not using UserProperties.Find at all.  But thanks
for the effort!
