What is the field updated when then reminder is fired in
public folders.

Reminders are not fired in public folders unless you write your own reminder
mechanism.

The properties for reminders in any folder are the same: FlagDueBy,
ReminderTime, ReminderMinutesBefore and ReminderSet.
