Distributing forms with "user defined fields in the Inbox"

Hello,

This is probably pretty elementary, but I'm new to programming forms.
I've designed a form where the TO: field is based on another formula
field.  The formula field is calculated based on the value chosen in
another pop-up list field   (aka depending on the choice they
make...the message is addresses to particular recipients).

Now....the formula field is a "user defined field".  When I send the
saved .oft to another user....they don't have those fields...so the
form does not work.

How can I distribute the form with all the user-defined fields intact?
Would this require publishing to the forms library?

Nevermind.......I now see it helps if you actually place fields you are
using in the form  :)......
