I have a functional customer form, which has nothing to do with
Contacts or anything like that, and I need to be able to export the
information into an existing Access database. All the information that
I have been able to find thus far is pretty much specific to either
exporting contacts or to change the form into a tabular layout.
Neither of these possibilities meets my needs. If anyone can provide
me with a GOOD resource to figure out how to export this information,
that would be wonderful. I'm not afraid of coding, I just don't even
know where to begin with this. Thank you.

If the data is stored in items that use an Outlook custom form, the
technique would be the same, whether the items are contacts or messages or
something else. The only real difference would be what properties to export,
and you can look up the property names in the object browser.
