What is the best way to keep a list of my many account names and passwords?
I mean everything from credit cards to work-related newsgroup passwords.  I
know this is not to smart but I currently keep them in an Outlook "Note" on
my PC at work.  That allows me to sync it to my Palm Pilot and always have
account numbers with me.

Is there a way I could make the "Note" private or hidden?  The Outlook
"Notes" or "Memo" folder is not shared but it is considered public info.
because it is not my personal PC.  Thanks for your ideas.

Not an Outlook solution, but have a look at
http://passwordmanager.sourceforge.net/
