Hi

I print each of my appointments in outlook using the standard appointment
print out. I would like to add information to this print out such as some
extra lines on the page and some text headings for some hand written notes
when I am onsite. Is there a way to customize the printout to include this.
I do not need to then update outlook with this information, only print out
forms
