I hope this is the right place for this:

We are using an outlook addin that apparently disables custom buttons ("send
and delegate") when using Word as the editor.

We have used word for years as the editor, and while i realize that word
does cause issues, I am wondering if there are ways around this issue.

We are considering duplicating the functionality in house and was wondering
if anyone had any thoughts on this (i realize there are a lot of ways to
develop solutions now for outlook)...

We are using XP and outlook 2003.
