Hi,

How can i Embed an Image as a banner on the form, which can be Resized
according to the form size? I inserted a Picture, Set its Property for
"Resize with Form", but it does not work properly. Also Can i do
anything to avoid flickering of the Outlook Form when its gets resized?
Additionally The Controls get Resized in Horizontal manner - How can i
make some control to get Resized Vertically as well - As It happens with
Message Body Edit field when we resize it. I have added my own Edit
Filed on my custom form and looking for If it can be Resized like Normal
Message Body Edit Field.

Thanks for Help,
Regards

Additionally How can we stop Flickering on the form when we drag to
Resize it. I am not talking about Maximize/Minimize button but when We
Drag it from its side to resize it. It flickers really bad, Is there any
way to control this?
